Janet Jackson is an American actress and recording artist who was born in Gary, Indiana, and became famous for her song performances and of course, the Janet Jackson tattoos. She is the youngest in the family of world-famous musicians including the late Michael Jackson. She started her singing career at the age of 7 performing in group with her brothers and later as an actress who appeared in TV series The Jacksons way back 1976.
She played major parts in TV shows including the renowned Fame and Good Times in 1980. Her music with these acclaimed producers involved appealing elements of industrial beats, triplet swing, rap combined with sample loop, funk, disco, as well as rhythm and blues that led to the rise of crossover music.
